Submitting a return & refund.
How to submit a return & refund? Please contact Rainkiss Customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and proof of purchase.
We will happily provide a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer or paypal transfer, for any Rainkiss product which you are not entirely satisfied with. Return the item in its original packaging. We do not refund postage costs. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders placed between November 30th and December 31 are eligible extended returns through January 14th.

If you purchased your Rainkiss from a 3rd party seller please contact the store or location your purchased from for refund or exchange.
The return shipment is for your own costs, RAINKISS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Upon confirmation of your return shipment (via tracking or receiving the item) we will process your refund immediately :)
